This is excellent wild rice. The flavor is outstanding-the cultivated stuff is not even in the same galaxy. It cooks up in about 30 minutes (as opposed to the 60 for the cultivated) . Service for on-llne orders if very quick. Price is high but fair. 10-pound multi pack is a bargain and they make perfect gifts.
