This wild rice is such a treat, the best tasting I've ever had. I use the pressure cooker method and it comes out fluffy and delicious every time. I have added it to chicken soups and the big batch I was hoping for leftovers was eaten in one meal. Have been a repeat customer and will definitely be back for more.

Lake & River Wild Rice
I became familiar with Minnesota hand-picked wild rice when we lived in Minneapolis and found a vendor the main city farmer's market. We just LOVED it! We found pomegranate & wild rice pilaf that we still make 20 years later. We found the same quality in Moose Lake's product and order it every year. Thanks for offering the "bulk" option - I give away a few bags every year as X-mas gifts!
