This rice cooks up beautifully. Cultivated wild rice does not even compare to the large, tender grains of this hand-picked and parched rice. Highly recommended!

I like the flavor of wild rice and this is one of the tastier brands that I have come across. It cooks up great in my Instant Pot (using 38 minutes, high pressure) and get to have some rice without all the issues that white rice can present.
