Delicious Wild Rice
I've used this wild rice to make soup and also in a rice cooker as a side so far. Both ways it was absolutely delicious. Rice came well packaged with a nice little recipe book. Bags were each one pound bags (my order had 5 pounds total) which I thought was good for storage as we don't go through it that quickly.

Non-cultivated wood parched wild rice
This is great product. Dried to the proper level (that is, not desiccated, but stabilized correctly). Cooks well, great flavor. It’s a really honor to eat this stuff. Would make a wonderful breakfast with a touch of maple syrup and frozen hand picked wild blue berries.
