Wild rice
I bought this and the darker grown version. They're both delicious and add to my regular use of rice or punch up my soups. Using them looked daunting but I followers the directions and it turned out wonderfully. I think I'll make it ahead as it is a lengthy process but totally worth the effort.

Moose Lake Lake & River Wild Rice has been my favorite wild rice for many years. The recipe I use calls for cooking it in the oven, and it works perfectly every time. All the rice kernels burst, and the rice is fluffy and delicious.
