I really like wild rice. I haven't cooked any yet but i put the rice i ordered in a clear container and it looks beautiful. I can't wait to try some of the recipes.

Tastes like it should and I've been eating hand picked river /lake wild rice for 60 years. I soak the rice in cold water for a minimum of 12 hours, changing the water several times, prior to cooking. It's great for adding to various soups etc - but I really like cooked wild rice with cream/half & half and sugar - try it sometime.
