Grassy and nutty, this REAL wild rice cooks quickly and perfectly. After we've eaten Moose Lake Wild Rice for dinner, we add leftovers to sourdough pancakes the next morning for an extra treat. This wild rice is now a staple in our house.

Lake & River Wild Rice
This is the best rice ever! I use it in a simple Pork Chop & Wild Rice recipe--it's easy to cook, and the taste is incredible. My entire family concurs--this is the only rice we'll eat!

High quality, alluring aroma
This has a very alluring aroma, the rice cooks rather quickly and I suggest really keeping an eye on it and reducing the overall water. Still experimenting in my Zojirushi cooker to get it right but next time I plan on using a standard white rice liquid ratio and a quick cook.

The REAL Deal!
I used to guide on lakes in Ontario and always looked forward to wild harvested wild rice. This is just as I remember and not the typical "farmed" stuff.
