Hand picked parched wild rice
I am a Minnesota native now living in southern California. I could not find the good wild rice in anywhere nearby and found Moose Lake Wild Rice Co online. I ordered a few pounds to see if it was good quality. The answer is, yes, this is the wild rice I remember. It fluffs up beautifully for my chicken, spinach and wild rice hot dish. Also perfectly cooks up just on its own. I now order it several pounds at a time. My orders are fulfilled within a day and received in quality packaging.
