Soo yummy and good for you. Pressure cooker for 30 minutes. 1 cup rice to 3 cups water. Perfect every time.

MN wild (or wild-style) rice is impossible to find on the east coast. Moose Lake Wild Rice Co. has been proving me great rice annually for about a decade. It’s fantastically consistent, high quality and delicious - and changes many minds about wild rice!

Light MN cultivated wild rice
I love the hand-picked wild rice, but not the expense. This is such a good compromise -- it is very close to the hand-picked rice, and soooo good. Just a reminder for those who have not purchased this of the hand-picked before, you MUST wash this rice several times to get the smoke out of it. Well worth the extra expense over the black cultivated wild rice.
