Doesn't taste any different than the wild harvested. I like to cook it 1/3 wild ride, 2/3 brown rice.

Ahhh. Finally. This is the wild rice from my Minnesota childhood. Love the way it curls when cooked and the speed of cooking. 1 cup rice, 2 cups water and 18 minutes in the pressure cooker and it's perfect every single time. Thank you for this great (and affordable) product.
