We've been buying this MN Cultivated Wild Rice for several years. The quality is high and consistent, the flavor is wonderful. It keeps well in the refrigerator (or frozen!) after cooking, which makes prep quick for a meal.

MN Cultivated Wild Rice is the real deal. Coming from a family that grew up in Minnesota, I can appreciate the flavor and texture of their rice. I will be buying more in the future since I have already given away several pounds to friends and family.

Delicious! I could eat this rice everyday. I soak the rice overnight with a little apple cider vinegar to begin breaking up the outer shell. Then gently boil on the stove for about 60 min. Then drain and leave in the covered pot to steam. My kids love it!
