Light Colored MN Cultivated Wild Rice
“Tastes like home” was my Minnesota born wife’s response to the Wild Rice soup, and then the Wild Rice porridge I made for her. We definitely prefer the light colored Wild rice in its taste, texture, and how it cooks over the dark. It is not quite as fantastic as the hand picked, but still excellent, especially at the price difference, and is much better than wild rice we’ve gotten from other places.
