The quality control and assurance is A+ with regards to all the products I have bought from Moose Lake. As for volume, that's up to usage and individual. I used to buy 10 pounds all the time, but now, I might only do this around Xmas. Anyway, any version of wild rice is a great product and will enhance any meal.

5 pounds of wild rice
Ordered this multi-pack bulk quantity so I could keep some and make wild rice soup, and gift some. Due to family dietary changes, this sturdy and hardy rice has been a real hit! Thanks Moose Lake for this taste of home (I now live in Milwaukee).

The flavor is superb, wild, nutty has a natural sweetness. This wild rice is better than all others I have tried.

Patience Pays
This "rice" has a great flavor but does take some time and therefore patience. To me, it tastes the same as the traditionally harvested wild rice, and either of these products has a nice and low GI, which is good news for all of us struggling with diabetes.
